One point of entry
A single QR code begins the engagement strategy.
The human reason Naviigo exists
That moment should be respected, not dictated. Respectful interaction is not forced compliance. It is a nurtured, adaptable flow.
People are not merely downloads, click-throughs or statistics in a conversion report. They are individuals—with their own preferences, circumstances and ways of connecting.
Yet digital engagement is too often designed entirely around the organisation. The customer is expected to install the right app, use the prescribed channel and adapt to the company’s technology.
Naviigo helps organisations meet people where they are. Configurable journeys across applications, platforms and services allow an interaction to continue through the most appropriate route available.
Meaningful engagement is not about forcing everyone towards the same endpoint. It is about recognising the individual and creating a genuine path to participation.
Technology should adapt to the person, rather than requiring the person to adapt to the technology.
Where static journeys fail
A person scans a QR code because something has invited their interest. Too often, that choice leads to a single predetermined endpoint.
They may be expected to install an app, create an account or use a prescribed platform before they can continue. If they cannot—or simply choose not to—the journey ends and the opportunity to engage is lost.
Static routing serves the organisation’s technology rather than the circumstances of the person trying to engage.
A successful scan does not necessarily mean a successful interaction.
Configurable by design
Naviigo transforms a QR-code scan into a managed journey. Instead of sending every person to one fixed endpoint, it works through a configured sequence of possible routes until an appropriate engagement point is found.
Each possible destination becomes a hop. Naviigo attempts the preferred hop first and, when it is unavailable, continues through the configured alternatives.
A single QR code begins the engagement strategy.
Every journey can have its own ordered configuration of hops.
If one destination is unavailable, Naviigo moves to the next.
A QR code should initiate a strategy, not merely open an endpoint.
From interaction to intelligence
Naviigo does more than determine where someone goes. Each journey can reveal how the broader engagement strategy is performing.
Organisations can understand which routes are available, where people complete their journeys, which hops create friction and whether the experience delivers the intended action.
The routing strategy
The order and composition of hops
Participating applications and services
Campaign materials and QR placement
The experience at each destination
The path from engagement to intended action
The purpose is not simply to optimise the click. It is to improve the entire journey.
“When organisations make it easier for people to participate on appropriate terms, they create stronger engagement, protect more opportunities and gain better information with which to improve future journeys.”
